The world’s greatest daily tee website is hiring! We’re looking to find a few incredible people to come work with us here at Qwertee.com
Specifically we’re looking for the following people at the moment:
QWERTEE ORDER PICKER – Weekend Team
We're looking for people to help pick and pack orders for Qwertee on a part-time, relief basis around the time of our sales. The work will be weekends but availability during the week is a bonus in terms of being able to train you in. Your main work will involve picking and packing orders and dispatching them. Our distribution centre is located in Dublin 11.
Here's what we’re looking for:
As the majority of this job will be picking orders and managing stock we're looking for someone that has good attention to detail, as it's very important that we send our customers the correct tees! It's also important that you are comfortable doing quite repetitive work.
The position involves weekend work so may be well suited to students. Very successful workers may be invited to work on our full-time team if it suits both parties.
You'll be on your feet while picking orders and while there is no heavy lifting involved, there will be quite a bit of moving of boxes of t-shirts, bags of mail etc, so it's important you're happy enough doing this and have a decent level of physical fitness.
Ideally, you'll have some kind of experience in order picking or similar repetitive work where good levels of details are needed. This isn't essential, we're happy to train you on this if you have the right attitude and are keen.
What we're offering:
-
A part-time position with a young and exciting company.
- Excellent pay and conditions for the right person. If you’re a hard worker who can work quickly and efficiently, we will pay you accordingly
-
The power/responsibility to be in charge of our stock and coming up with the best ways of getting orders out to customers efficiently. If you come up with better ways of doing things we’ll reward you for it.
- The opportunity to grow within the company if you want to. You’ll be CEO in no time if you’ve got what it takes:)
- Monthly free tees!
Requirements:
-
You must live in Dublin (Ireland) so you can work some days of the week at our production facility in Dublin 11. If you don't live in Dublin please don't apply.
-
Ideally you have experience in order picking or similar repetitive work with attention to detail required
-
You are comfortable working alone and can stay motivated by yourself
-
You have decent tech skills: can print labels, fill out forms online etc
-
You are flexible with your time and consistent.
How to Apply:
The application procedure is a test of your ability to work accurately so please stick to it exactly to show us how good you are!
- Send an email to jobs@qwertee.com the title of the position you are applying for and your name as the subject. For example: “Qwertee Order Picker - Weekend Team”
-
Write a brief email about how you think you are suitable for this position and attach your CV (preferably in PDF form)
- We’ll send you an auto-reply to say we got your email but we will not get back to you unless we’re keen on interviewing you/talking to you further about the position. This isn’t us being mean, we just literally don’t have the manpower to get back to everyone in person. Maybe when we’ve hired you and you’re in charge of recruiting you can do things differently!
-
If we think you’re suitable we may ask you to do some sample work/a trial with us to see you in action and to make sure you want to work for us! This is likely to consist of a few days of part time work. If we decide to take you on we’ll pay you for this.

QWERTEE WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER
Qwertee, the world’s greatest daily t-shirt site, is looking to recruit a manager for our production facility in Dublin 11 (Dublin Industrial Estate). There are a few different activities that go on in our facility: mainly stocking/picking/packing t-shirts, managing bulk stock of garments and also poster production. Qwertee takes its commitment to an incredible level of service extremely seriously so our main aim with this facility is to get our customers’ orders packed and out to them as soon as is possible. Currently, we have 5 full time people working here and many more part time workers that come in during busy times (when we’re running sales etc). We’re also looking to expand our operation, in terms of stocking more designs, running more sales etc., and so are looking for someone to come into the role and oversee this expansion as well as improving/optimising what we’re doing at the moment.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
1. Ability to manage people, but most importantly, to get on well with people
We’ve got a great bunch of people working in our warehouse and a very nice team atmosphere. We’re looking for someone that can fit in to this and get on well with everyone there. Also, our order pickers are not your average warehouse workers. Almost all of them are former customers of Qwertee so they have a great knowledge of the products sell, most have 3rd level qualifications etc. (We have/have had physicists, doctors and teachers amongst our current/previous team members). We’re looking for someone with experience of managing people, though this does not specifically have to be in a warehouse capacity. You’ll be in charge of recruiting new people, helping train them into the role, supervising staff, managing rosters, payroll, holidays etc. You’ll also be responsible for training new recruits in terms of manual lifting/handling and other safety requirements. We’ll get you trained in to do this if you’re not already qualified.
2. Good Organisational Skills
There are a lot of different activates going on in our facility and it’s becoming ever more complex over time. So we need someone that’s going to relish the task of getting all of these different parts working smoothly and on time. We’re also looking to improve our dispatch times so this will probably mean organising people, working weekends, and maybe 2 shifts during busy periods. Nothing we do by itself is immensely complicated, but having everything running smoothly and efficiently will take an organised individual who can implement a very structured plan of how everything will work every day.
3. Problem solving/finding most efficient ways
This facility is still in its infancy in a lot of ways and so there is a lot of room for improvement in the ways we do a lot of production. We’re looking for someone preferably with experience in optimising processes for maximum efficiency, or at the very least someone who is naturally inclined to find the best/most efficient ways of doing things. You’ll have a lot of freedom in terms of trying things out/coming up with the best way of doing things but ideally, you’re the kind of person that enjoys solving puzzles/problems. We’ll give you the basic outline of what we want to achieve but it will be up to you how you go about achieving this.
What we’re offering:
- A very generous salary for the right applicant and all the free t-shirts you could ever want.
- Opportunities for growth: We’re a small but growing company and are looking for you to grow with us.
- Lots of autonomy: You’ll be told what we’re looking to achieve with the facility and then it will be up to you how you want to go about achieving it. We’re very big on giving people responsibility so you’ll have the freedom to do things your way.
Requirements:
- Position is based in our Warehouse in Dublin 11 (Dublin Industrial Estate, close to Broombridge Train Station) so you must be able to get here each day.
- 3rd level qualification ideally in a related field.
- Experience of managing/supervising people, preferably in a warehouse or similar operation.
- Excellent computer skills comfortable learning new software and new skills.
- Ideally experience in interviewing, hiring, rostering people, organising payroll etc.
How to Apply:
The application procedure is a test of your ability to work accurately so please stick to it exactly to show us how good you are!
